Robert graduated with honors from Olivet Nazarene University in May 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Robert interned with Nykiel, Carlin, & Co., Ltd. beginning in May 1995. After completing his education in 1996, he joined Nykiel, Carlin, & Co., Ltd. as a full-time employee. In 2006, Nykiel, Carlin & Co. merged with Clifton Gunderson LLP. On December 1, 2008, the Kankakee Office of Clifton Gunderson separated and formed Borschnack, Pelletier & Co.

Robert passed the CPA Exam in May 1997. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society and is licensed by the State of Illinois.
